Loosely put an Anime Baka is someone who's crazy about Anime. However interpretation's may vary. I tend to think of Anime Baka as meaning something like drooling fan boy/girl.

Tommy February6 - Heavenly6
This smash Anime (Japanese Animation) came out called "Paradise Kiss". I think my friend Jesse introduced me to it. It was wonderful and Bevy even got addicted to the story. We watch the whole thing every once in a while, it's like a box of cookies, you can't eat just one. Well the opening theme song (and most of the music) was just as addictive and was very 80s pop/cool. I found myself cranking it up on the stereo. It also featured little bits of english thrown in. Hmmm, knowing Walter's addictive personality, I sense a quest. Fortunately Jesse was infatuated also. The artist was Tomoko Kawase under her persona Tommy February6 (her birthday is February 6th). I soon found that she had recorded all sort of wonderful 80s style pop and with sometimes odd and funny english (or engrish) lyrics. She was enchanting. Her videos were fun and funny.

Did I mention she loves cheerleaders for some reason, although not enough to not blow up at least one of their heads in a video. Perhaps she never made the squad. She also has a love of odd drinking behavior and fake microphones.

Currently Tommy is doing weird stuff (is that unusual?) and has two best hits albums out that I have yet to grab. I look forward to many years more of her particular brand of weirdness.
